"放舟下巫峡，心在十二峰。"湖北艺师聘请摄影家协会的欧阳明光为辅导老师，一起到三峡去写生。行前，欧阳明光有三个心愿：要拍一本影集；写一本传说；发一本游记，把三峡在社会主义建设中的崭新风貌介绍给全世界。欧阳明光对事业的勤奋，对三峡的深情，以及他与当地群众的融洽关系，获得了美术学院青年教师黎兰的好感，他们很快坠入的爱河，不久就成了婚。但是，他们婚后的生活是极不平静的。首先，是到哪儿度蜜月，小两口就出现了分歧。黎兰要去上海探亲，在都市生活和众多的亲朋好友中去品味爱情的甜美；欧阳明光则要去三峡，抢拍金秋时节的大自然，在瑰丽的自然中，用饱满的热情和忘我的工作，去感受爱情的浪漫。最后，欧阳说服和黎兰，两人一起到三峡去体验生活，创作新的作品。可是，一波未平一波又起，在一次三峡写生的画展上，欧阳对妻子黎兰在事业上走"捷径"，不刻苦深入生活的作法提出了严肃的批评，引起...。During the seed harvest season in Ban Rabue Village, Ngern is responsible for collecting and storing seeds for the upcoming year.
