该剧讲述了赵耀虽是一名交警，但他对刑侦充满热情。偶然卷入案件后，他展现出过人的潜质，得到了杜军的赏识，被调入刑警队。此后，他们共同努力揭露真相，维护正义。。香港不少家庭都有聘請外傭姐姐協助處理家務、照顧家人，甚至主理全家的一日三餐。不過，出於彼此的飲食文化各異，當姐姐嘗試以自身烹飪知識煮中菜時，常會誕生一些創意滿「Fun」的暗黑料理。為了探究外傭可會真的廚藝堪憂，主持布樂文與施焯日除了走訪街市了解姐姐們的買餸情況，也會邀請向海嵐、艾威、路芙等藝人的外傭姐姐做菜，再由星級大廚李錦聯點評她們的下廚手勢，還會將菜式重新演繹，務求將暗黑料理變成星級美食！。The Palm Desert band Eagles of Death Metal was performing at the Bataclan theater in Paris in November 2015 when terrorists opened fire, killing 89 people.
